Queen Mary hold their graduations inside their own University hall. The other Universities of London including those that are part of UOL will usually outsource thew ceremony to a more prestigious venue (usually always the royal albert hall or royal festival hall), the ceremony you see here is fairly routine since its just their regular hall.

No, not all Universities of London hold their graduation ceremonies at the same place.

This was my godson's graduation ceremony. I don't know about the college that you mention but wherever they hold it it will be pretty impressive. I've worked at three universities and been to graduation ceremonies at another five and each time the ceremony is quite a spectacle.
