That guy did make it and he didn't even scratch his tow truck. I doubt he would have need anyone to pull him out because it looks like it would be impossible for him to get stuck. He can just drive over the curb like he did! I would say that he is not a jackass because he didn't even scratch his truck. It was pretty lame.
