    Breathing only on one side is an outdated and silly technique >_>.

    Not only does it distort your swimming line, constantly breathing like that will give you a dizzy head. Yes you might get more oxygen using that breathing technique but the cons have a bigger consequence as stated in the video. Alternating with 3 breaths allows you to keep your swimming line and reduce the strain on one side of the neck.
