When I saw Picture of Krishna in my childhood I fell in love at firsr sight. So charming. But all time Krishna sets trial for His devotees. He warns His followers not to be delighted with materials.....

Interesting. I was just approached by the Krishnas at San Francisco State University a couple of months ago. They are still alive and well.

This is not a religion..It is a science of sel-realization. The science of Bhakti Yoga. You must experiment it to have results, so it is a science, not a dogmatic religion. In Bhagavad Gita, Shri Krishna says: " Abandon all forms of religion's, and surrender unto Me". Chant Maha Mantra, eat vegetarian food, studie all cultures of world, and meditate in His qualities, to become better and happy.

I was born in Chicago in 1961 and watched as it happened.
I became a polytheist in 1975 and I too prefer the religious beliefs that embrace peace rather than slaughter.
Of course, as it usually happens, there is still plenty of room for MORE change and our generations are in the positions to enact it.
