Her form is fine. People have forgotten one very important point about the knees over the toes rule. It's from the perspective of the squatter, not the spotter. If you are squatting you should always be able to see your own toes if you look down. The point is to keep the weight over her center line, which is her feet. If she had to keep her knees directly over her feet, she'd either fall over backwards or have to bend forward to keep her balance.

@WSECNY No it won't. I've been lifting long enough to know. Every trainer and doctor out there has a different opinion on the nuances of lifting, but the final authority is your own body because everyone is different. If I'm squatting with weight, going halfway down is not a problem. If I go much lower my left knee starts to hurt. You are probably young and don't have any inguries so you can do it fine. Not all of us have that luxury.

@AAPFitness go all the way down, I was doing it this way before with like 400+ pounds before. Then I started doing front squats ass to the floor and I couldn't do it with more then 150 or so and my gains are much better, there's no need to torture your back with squats. Legs are different from other muscles, all they need is a warmup and one good high rep set until complete and embarassing failure.
I was always hoping someone would ask this :) Because I squat deep - LOL! :)
