First of all, you guys are dumb, this truck inst moving foward, its moving backwards, and second of all, what people dont know is how toyota goes aorund car shows and measrues the competitions cars and they take those measurements back and design their cars, so pretty much toyota needs to start ocming up wtith their own vehicles cause all they can do is copy other car makers. Bunch of failures, not even the most reliable trucks out there, thats a fact.

People talk about poor gas mileage on the Tundras. Im averaging 14.4 mpg. But honestly when buying a pickup, I could care less. Fords are fuel efficient and they honestly do look nice. I purchased my tundra in January of 09, the last thing I care for in a pickup truck is fuel mileage. Now a hybrid pickup truck, will give you good gas mileage but can you really tow a trailer with a hybrid? Has anybody tried?

1) you are right, there was a cam shaft failure on the tundra. Cam shafts were snapping.

2) it was ONLY on the FIRST shipment of tundras.

3) all recalls have been issued, the problem has been fixed, and it was not on many trucks. and the tundra still out classes its competition.

FYi punchpixie is going around to all the Tundra videos on youtube and spreading propaganda, why i dont know. Besides the tundras: 1 star less front crash test rating and a (lighter) sectioned C frame instead of a heavier sturdier fully boxed frame and slightly less MPG, towing capacity andslightly more expensive then their direct competitor the Tundra is better then any other Truck in it's class.
