MSWLogo is superb and free!!! I used it for years as part of maths and language teaching; for developing thinking and problem solving skills; and as the basis for an after-school club. It's an amazing program and after trying many variants of Logo (starting way back with the program 'Dart' and including UCBLogo from which MSW evolved) it was always the best one that I ever found. (One other very interesting and different variant is SeeLogo, developed by Dani Vovak at Ithaca)
