I think that, if anything, would somebody shoot a crappy shit like that film about USA or other country, they would shout and proceed suits to international courts or impose embargo on the country of which the citizen was/were the film maker and his/her crew. I realize that it's a joke, and that everybody knows the real deals, however its a bad tasteless joke. People who laugh and appreciate it have no taste as well.
