    But I don't know when I must use the Past Continuous Tense (See 2:54 time) for the verb be.

    May you explain me an example for this tense?

    I know I might transcribe that tense but I wouldn't like that because I'm trying to think in english.

    Sure, I can give you a coupe of examples:

    She was being rude to the customers, so the manager fired her. ("was being" is "be" in the past continuous tense connecting the subject "she" with the adjective "rude.")

    The students were being very helpful to the teacher yesterday.

    He wasn't being very considerate to the other moviegoers when he talked on his cell phone during the movie.
