One A Day Women's Active Metabolism

Greek Yogurt (specifically Chobani & Fage)
Tuna!!
Egg Whites
Babybel light cheese rounds
Turkey slices
Chicken (usually just buy the microwaveable frozen pre-seasoned chicken breasts)

  • @TheDilemma101 5 pounds is a great start!! I know when you have that much to lose it can seem like it'll never happen, but you'll realize once you start losing more and more that it's not as far out of reach as you thought. I still have a lot to lose as well but I know it's possible :) keep it up love!

  • Careful with eating too much tuna! It has mercury in it, so you shouldn't have it more than once a week :)

  • i just lost 30 pounds over summer, so i know how hard it is. but keep it up! my moms a personal trainer and she said that egg whites for breakfast r really good, and run! but i know u can do it!
