The second annual OU Ad Bowl had Ohio University's brightest advertising students competing in creating mock Super Bowl commercials for real life clients in just one week. Competing ads were judged in categories like "Best of Show," "Best Production," "Best Use of Humor," and "People's Choice." Winners were awarded eternal ad glory and a small plastic trophy.

This year's Ad Bowl had 11 competitors for clients including:
- Sobe (Best of Show)
- HR Block (Most Humorous)
- Castrol (Best Production)
- Skittles (Viewer's Choice)
- Etrade
- Cars.com
- Anheuser Busch
- Telaflora
- Pedigree
- Doritos
- Pepsi
