(Audio is faint). Coleman continues to speak for the three board members. Jenkins filed suit to try to circumvent his termination hearing that is provided by law. He has no chance of avoiding the hearing. The BOE members are elected by law, and it is their decision how to run the school system. Unless the BOE violates the law, it should not be interfered with. Terminating the Supt did not require a meeting, but one was held. Regardless of who the Chair is, a majority of three members would determine the outcome. There is no one else to hold the hearing.
