for those people who where debating about victor wooten that if he's a musician or not? Common sense! He's a musician because he do music and melody.
so stop debating about this, aren't you all embarrassed? that you are debating in richard bona's video? -.-" Fvck off jerks!

@Middlesexful He is a musician...you don't have to play slow or fast to show feeling just because he plays really fast or impressing solo it doesn't mean he is just showing off, it's just the way he likes to play and his fast things are more known than the other ones but he plays slow things too you should check it out, it's really cool indeed

@strongbadian4747 first: i know wooten for a long time. do you want to know, what I like about music? it MUST have a heart. it mustn't be love ballads like chicago or those smoothpop idiots, but wooten is only about having and using his fingers. yes, he is a great bass player, but virtuoso doesn't always mean music. even the best guitarist of the world like clapton, beck or hendrix have made a whole song, which is cool AND is great to listen to it. Faster than the brain = wooten.

@neutonik i won't change my opinion just becaus HERE is nobody who agrees with me. it's democracy isn't it? everybodys free to have his own opinion. and if you're really interested in what i think about it: take a look on my conversation down there with MichaelManthing!

@Middlesexful looks like nobody agrees with you. consider opening your mind.
@Middlesexful You're entitled to your own opinions, but not your own facts. If that's really what you think about Vic Wooten, you've got some serious homework to do before you go around saying anything about him. His technical abilities somehow overshadow his tremendous sense of real music in some people's minds, but that's not really Vic. That's people relying entirely on the first page of a Youtube search to form their conception of another human being.
