Save the planet -- buy less stuff and live more simply. Our "consumer attitudes" are perhaps the biggest contributor to global climate change -- think how much energy (heat) it takes to create "stuff" and ship it from place to place...

I made this vid in my kitchen using a cheap mike and laptop (not easy -- had to sing the song about a dozen times before getting it right -- and I don't have a great voice to start with!) It's a "non-commercial" for more mindfulness of how the way we live affects our planet, containing a few simple ways to refuse, reduce, reuse, recycle, and recover. Those first two R's are MOST IMPORTANT!

Note to non-Canadians: Tim Horton's is equivalent to the most desirable coffee in your country. Millions of Canadians waste fossil fuels in drive-thru line-ups every day for a cup of Tim's. Some are mindful of drive-thru waste, and take the time to walk into the coffee/doughnut shop with their travel mugs. Since making this video, I've discovered that home-brewed fair trade coffee is better yet...
