  • deveria de trabajar mas con bicep tricep i antebrazo el volumen muscular de los miembros superiores no lo hace mas lento.. al contrario mas fuerte.. pa qe pege unos vergazotes como el papa... metele mas alas pesas julito"..."" i partele en la mdre al cotto
