  • I'm glad that this video can help guys. Will be putting up some more informative videos in future. Check out our website for other workouts.

  • when you have the bar up in the rack position you want to round your upper back and shoulders foward, and make sure your upper arms (triceps) are perpendicular to the body. It might put some stress on the wrists but with time you will adapt. good luck

  • nice video, quite helpful havnt really included enough olympic lifts into my weight regimes but i need some power for rugby so this will help

  • @MrFoxhall1 glad it was useful to you. I will get some more olympic lifts up in a couple weeks hopefully they will also come in handy.

  • I'm confused as to why this video doesn't have more "Likes." It's very informative; especially to those of us that haven't introduced Olympic lifts to our routines.

  • Been lifting for a long time, and was looking up power clean technique just to kind of freshen my mind on it. Of all the videos I've seen so far, this was one of the more informative and better techniques. I just wish you'd use an olympic bar, and maybe a better camera indoors to see it better. Nonetheless, great form, short, simple, major information. Props.

  • Thank you for this video. I'm trying to get stronger all over and want to incorporate power cleans into my workouts. I've been searching power clean videos on youtube and so many of them demonstrate poor technique. Watching your demonstration of the highpull has helped me a great deal. Thank you !
