NEA Chair Rocco Landesman on Arts as Economic Engine

National Endowment for the Arts Chairman Rocco Landesman talked with Chicago's arts and culture leadership about the role of the arts in keeping communities vibrant and prosperous. The event was held at the Chicago Cultural Center and supported by the MacArthur Foundation. Introductions by MacArthur President Robert Gallucci and the commissioner of Chicago's Department of Cultural Affairs, Lois Weisberg.
