Washington DC Child Protective Services (CFSA) clearly does not do ongoing criminal background checks on ALL of its employees, including its executives. Corrupt officials interferred with at least one investigation(s), and a call is made for reopening those investigations. Call on Mayor Adrian Fenty and the DC City Council to have an independent investigation. See related video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bsPbPk3t4hw
Neither Mayor Fenty or the DC City Council has answered the call for an investigation. A recent May 2010 study by the Court monitor for the Federal Court in LaShawn showed that 98% of the children in CFSA's care are African-American, while census figures indicate that only 55% of the population of the District of Columbia is African-American. Thus, there is a clear bias by CFSA for finding abuse in African-American homes, and not homes of non-African-American's -- who tend to be more affluent and, no doubt,, Fenty supporters. Aren't non-African-American children entitled to the same protection from abuse and neglect as African-American children? Isn't this practice discriminatory in violation of the US Constitution? When it comes to protecting the children of Washington DC, ignorance is bliss, and racism is rampant.

CPS is the same, all over the world - they take children from good parents, and then send those children to foster hell. What are drugs used to `cover up abuse` - that he refers to in the video re: neutropenia.

Arizona changed the process so that CPS workers now have full access to police records and databases. Will they tamper with police records considering their usual standards of procedure?
