Compound sets with double kettlebells..This one consists of front squats, double press, double windmills. Each set takes ~2minutes. Great full body compound kettlebell exercise.

  • This type of compound can be used as part of a larger training session or as a session on it's own.. If you were just going to do the compounds, then you could go heavy and do as many rounds as possible for 20 minutes or go lighter and do rounds for 30 minutes and make it more of a strength endurance session. If you're going heavy you might reduce the number of reps. Rest as needed.
