Well, you can go feed a person and then leave or you can tell him that the God of the universe came to empower him from bondage on multiple levels.
Either way the food helps temporarily and the spirit can be crushed by past conditioning.
What conditioning will change the world for good? Seeing through their eyes or changing how they see the world?
Zechariah 4:6b "Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith the Lord of hosts."

so true just because people make up a holiday and say it will change the world means nothing
sorry if my spanish is really bad... i swear not everyone is like the racist, ignorant idiots who do seem to be quite common here. there are some nice, smart people here. mexico is a wonderful, beautiful place =]

I understand what you mean. Here in America any aspect of Latino culture is viewed negatively, and Spanish speaking countries are always portrayed as poor stupid and dirty. In fact, any country that is not white and English speaking is portrayed that way. I find this prejudice attitude to be disgusting. They are so enthralled by their televisions, it controls most aspects of their lives and they don't even know it. Not everyone, but I can say from experience most Americans I know are this way.
