  • How is so great. Thanks for this new option for me.

  • @vampydanii There is no one "rowdy" here. At first I thought you were "mad", but then I just realized you left the "e" off. We are just here to help. I apologize for insinuating that you don't have the business knowledge that I mentioned above, but....then, you also said you are a beginner, so I did question how you know how to run a business. I am sure that your High School teacher will give you a lot of good info. Good luck with High School. Our Course is here for those who want it.

  • @SweetWiseInc mad both for profit and fun granted they dont match up to your experiance and skill since im a beginner i know the cost i've dealt with it already countless time i dont need your course. im still young in hs and already studying and i know how to run a business ive taken many course mad many cakes the teacher may not be the best and neither are you dont get so rowdy about some comment

  • @vampydanii Have you made cakes? For fun, for profit, etc.? The teacher may be very good with cakes, but may not have any business experience. I see that often in this industry. When you get to the business operations of the course you are taking, you should do a cost analysis and determine how many cakes it will take you (after costs including food, overhead, labor, etc., assuming you are paying yourself) to see a return on investment. Comprehensive Course at Sweet Wise will solve all that.

  • @SweetWiseInc im studying and the teacher stresses the point of using a sheeter

  • @vampydanii Unless the biggest cake you're going to cover is 10", you won't get away with spending less than $5,000 on a sheeter. If you are going to do one that small, you can get away with about $1,700. Not really affordable for a lot of people starting a business or working on a budget. How many cakes have you made?

  • there is a machine used to press fondant instead of tedious rolling

  • Hello, I am from Holland and order a mat, still waiting for it to come in, can't wait to give it a try. I also love the silpin rolling pin, tried several before, but the silpin is the best.
