how can I ever forget your performance at the lyceeum theater. it set a new path for me. I love the'bird-chirp' is so uncanny! and when you bring out all those beasts - love it. what videos or dvd's or websites or books or music and i got to to find out more information about these different kinds of dances? y'all make it sound so nice! see, from Baton Rouge...!

amazing dance group i was blown away by the drumming and dance. the rythm they're playing is "ku ku"

Thanks for the compliment. The rhythm is actually called Sansane from the Malinke-More ethnic group (goes by other names in other groups). It has a similar feel to Kuku, but is a different rhythm. We do play Kuku in another video I've uploaded called Teye-Sa-Thiosanne(MASK). Check it out!
