This is a great way to use technology in the P.E. setting. I never really thought of using video cameras or computer programs to help students learn or try to perfect a skill. This is something I plan on using in my P.E. classes.

This is a useful teaching tool for P.E. classes as well as athletic teams. Make training more effective with video feedback.

This video illustrates a prime example of how todays technology can help students better themselves for success. Especially those of us who have visual learing. For most of us it would be easier to improve our skills if we physically saw what we were doing wrong. I wish we had a computer program like this back in high school when i was competing in sports, it would have helped me profusely.

I know how useful it was when I played volleyball to see footage of a game or even practice. It is one thing to explain to a student what they are doing wrong, but it is much more helpful if you can show them. I think this is a great teaching tool!!!
