LOL Your right hand is incredible dude. All the notes are ringing out really clearly, even though it's distorted, whatever. I know it takes a ton of practice to get that. But the pinky on your right hand is all like BAP BAP BAP BAP. It's accuracy is really impressive. Makes me want to practice my 8 finger tapping a lot more. Keep it up man! It's awesome. Also, any suggestions on excercises for the right hand, or just right hand technique in general?

That this guitarist has the technical ability indicates his ability to write "cohesive songs" at a whim. Allow a more elementary example:

If a man can lift 500 pounds, cannot he also lift 200 pounds? In other words, this dude could play just about anything; he just wanted to shred in this video. Just because he's not playing something within your arbitrary criteria of "cohesiveness" doesn't mean he is without the ability.

@Danger555 If you spent time reading any of my previous comments you would see that I admitted to not being able to play this, because it's not my style of playing. Contrary to whatever you may believe, being able to 8 finger tap isn't the pinnacle of all guitar playing. And 8 finger tapping for 14 seconds with no melody to no song at all certainly isn't anything I would aim for in my playing...you don't sell music simply with technique buddy, you need to know how to write a cohesive song ;)

I bet all the feeling and "substance" you can muster up still wouldn't help you play this, would it? Post a video of your playing this or shut the fuck up.
