How come there is so little clear instruction on the web of how to do the stock control query (start to finish) for ms access?

We have members credit card data. I want see all the charges older them 20 day from transaction date. What i should do, Please help.

Cardholder Name

Merchant Name

Transaction Date

Transaction Amount

Thank you so much this helps me a great deal in understanding how to calculate fields within Access 2007. I am taking a basic Microsoft Office 2007 course in college, and this part of Access is what I stumble on the most. I could not understand it until I watched this video. Your explanation was so easy to understand.

@alfin200605 In the design view of a query, in the Criteria row, type Yes to include records where the check box is selected. Type No to include records where the check box is not selected.
