  • Thank you so much this helps me a great deal in understanding how to calculate fields within Access 2007. I am taking a basic Microsoft Office 2007 course in college, and this part of Access is what I stumble on the most. I could not understand it until I watched this video. Your explanation was so easy to understand.

Thanks again for being here and for the help.

    God Bless you

  • @83hawktree Thanks Ian! I'm glad I could help! As per the voice, I'll thank my childhood voice/singing teacher for ya!

  • Well, I have to say that this is an excellent explanation. I was lost here and after I watched it a few times.....I got it! Thanks so much.

You beautiful, calm voice certainly helps too.

    Ian

  • @alfin200605 In the design view of a query, in the Criteria row, type Yes to include records where the check box is selected. Type No to include records where the check box is not selected.

  • @chilimayhem Thanks for the love! And I completely understand how you feel. Back when I was learning Access, occasionally my husband got to hear a few choice words of frustration. ;-)
