can be. but i heard that LCS got soma control isseus. just like VCS. i dont know the story line of it. but i like vcs so im good with it ;)

VCS gets a somthing like a 8 out of 10 while LCS gest a 7. and i can fly in GTA VCS. yes you can steal that helicopter in lcs. but if you lose it, you are screwed :P
