@keithsnow first time i see keith using bad words. hahahahahahahaha! i kind of got excited! hhahahahaha but chef keith is right, best apples are usually on october. fall has one of the best fruits and veggies in my opinion.

@keithsnow I was referred to your site by a friend of mine who is just as passionate about local food as I am. However, to have my first impression of you be yelling at someone to not use foul language and then call them a "dum ass" seemed as unprofessional as one could be. I would suggest using the comment removal tool, or blocking users whom you do not want commenting on your page.

Cider is by standard an alcoholic drink, this is more of a cloudy applejuice. Though still very nice :)

true...I actually should not have removed the peel...just cored them....funny but that is how I always do it and when we made the video I peeled them.....so folks..your choice..peel or dont peel.....thanks for your comment!
