And another tragedy in the world of flight. A Thai plane has crashed into a control tower in Thailand, killing the pilot and injuring several foreign tourists.
Rescue crews rush to help those injured in Thailand after a plane slid off a runway and slammed into a disused control tower.

The Bangkok Airways plane careered off the runway while trying to land in heavy rain on the Thai tourist island of Koh Samui.

The plane was carrying 68 passengers and four crew.

Director-general of the Thai Department of Aviation told Reuters that the pilot was killed in the crash.

Hospital staff said two British and two Dutch tourists were among those hurt but none was seriously injured.

Television footage showed the ATR-72 twin turboprop plane was damaged at the front.

Koh Samui, 700 km (435 miles) south of Bangkok, is Thailand's third-biggest island and one of the country's most popular holiday destinations.
