The main point is, Africa needs to trade among itself, create common market, invest in infrustructure, industrialize and process its raw materials in Africa, then what needs to be exported, export and sale at market price rather depending on MNC's for cents or beggars' price for our goods. Untill that happens Africa will remain the garden of poverty ruled by dictators who are concerned much more to remain power rather than economic development who are used as agents to ensure follow of resources
