yea dude dont wire anything 1ohm to that amp...you might have the CVR102 model or the CVR104 model...you can only wire the CVR104 model down to a 2ohm load but thats it.....if you want to go to 1ohm load you need a different amp, that one isnt stable at 1ohm (not safe)
-
yea because thats how i had mine and i have the same setup and it fried my amp when i turned it on. 230 bucks gone down the drain. so becareful with them in full parallel to the amp.
-
like i said, the guy didnt really speak good clear english, and i didnt even ask him how they were wired up. i just talked it over with my dad, who works w/ electricity and stuff for a living.

i hope its not wired in full parallel, i doubt it or your amp wouldnt even turn on lol. but its wired to 2 ohms yea, the kicker amps are only 2 ohm stable so your good.
well i hope its not 10 gauge. thats pretty small for that amp...

Like I said, I can't remember. I bought the Scosche Wiring kit for a 1200 Watt amp....I'm not sure of the gauge. And Scosche no longer makes the kit, so I can't tell you.

what gauge wire do you have?? cause i have that same amp and it cuts out at high volume cuz of my power and ground wire.

I'm not exactly sure, but I'm going to say it is 10 guage....I can check on it and let you know.

The subs are 2 ohm subs. I can't remember if the subs are wired in parallel or series. But it hasn't blown yet, and I've gotten many compliments on how it sounds in person. But I will get back to you on that.
