Lito Garcia, Gardner Calibuso, Paz Barcelona and Sarah Cram cyclng the Niagara Circle Route as a part of the Trans Canada Trail system. Niagara Circle Route consist of Waterfront Trail, Welland Canal Trail, Friendship Trail and Niagara River Recreational Trail. From Niagara on the Lake to St. Catherines to Port Colborne to Fort Erie to Niagara Falls and finally back to Niagara on the Lake. What a ride!!!

I really like this video. These ar the same trails I cycle on. Well designed and no cars!!! Can hardly wait until spring to get back on them.

I will keep my eyes out for you! I have never done the whole trail, at one time. We tend to ride, at most, 30 km's.. I really the friendship trail..No cars to worry about!!

Why don't you guys join us? We are a group of recreational riders ranging from age 9 to 65, we do not race, we just enjoy the scenery, trails, have some good laughs and just plain having fun while burning calories!
Our first ride for this 2010 will be first week to mid April.....I keep you guys posted if you wish. We usually start in Lock #5 in St. Catherines early Saturday morning

Thanks, this was our first time doing this entire route.....since then, we have riding this entire trail every month. For 2010, starting in April, our group from the age 11 to 60 will be riding again the whole year.......see you on the trails
