It's amazingly true that we who have been violated really can go on and lead a life that is rewarding and free of manipulative men who entrap us! It does, however, take a lot of inner work, constantly telling ourselves that we are worth the investment of time, energy and sometimes money that it takes to love ourselves and nurture, nourish and protect ourselves (and others) attract the kind of people who will cherish and protect us too!

I know Pam, personally, and she truly IS a hero. She is such an inspiration to everyone -- she does so much for so many (both people and animals). She is generous and caring, and she will drop everything that she's doing to help others. She is dynamic, motivated, and persistent. She has nerves of steel, the courage of a lion, and a heart of gold. She is the human (and huMANE) "Energizer Bunny!" I can't say enough good things about her... Thank you, Volvo. Sincerely, Jana L.
