FREE GUY FAT LOSS PROGRAM- http://fatasstobaddass.com

ALL MY VIDEOS!
http://omarisuf.com/index/

This is a very personal video for me. Too often I see young guys full of piss and vinegar,
ready to train like a beast and eat like a horse to gain muscle. The problem is that they
either were not lean to begin with, ate too much food, or didn't work out enough and they get chunky.

Not FAT, they ain't like Fat Albert. They just now have too much excessive fat to look good with the muscle they've built. I'd estimate this problem happens to 90% of guys the first couple of times they try to gain serious size.

I know like I said, when I was young and first started working out, I did EXACTLY the same thing. Here are some photos that prove my point.

Don't judge me, I was young and dumb and now I'm just dumb.

If you are chunky now, you have TWO options ahead of you:

1. Commit to at least 16 weeks to get lean

2. Commit to a renewed 1 year of weight training to add more muscle and reshape your body. And after the year do a 16 week weight loss transformation.

The first option requires total commitment, you can't pursue this half assed, eating clean 90% of the time and blowing it over the weekend. It'll take discipline and hard work. I have a ton of videos on losing weight and a whole weight loss serious on this.

The second option is the longer one. If you are willing to keep building muscle without adding extra fat, you can get a MUCH better body by developing size and definition. This will help offset your previous fat gain and after you finish your muscle building portion, you can do a body recomposition at the end, and the extra muscle will be useful for losing that fat.

If you are deciding to add more muscle, clearly your nutrition needs help and your training too.

I'd recommend that you weight training minimum 4 times per week, increasing this to about 6 times per week if you are really serious throughout the year.

In terms of nutrition, keep your carbs at breakfast and around your work out ONLY. So no pasta dinners, peanut butter sandwiches or late night binges.

Eat a ridiculous amount of protein, I'm talking at least 200-250 grams per day minimum. Spread this over 4-5 meals

Measure your body to see your results, muscle takes TIME to build so give it TIME don't be impatient.

If you are STILL gaining too much fat, you are eating too much, take one day (probably Sunday) to eat ONLY protein about 300 grams and 30 grams of fat to stave off excessive fat gain.

At the end of the year, follow my weight loss program. BAM, success!

Train hard consistently, eat like a high performance athlete, and prioritize your life for success.

Remember, its your Body, follow YOUR Rules to get what you want. And I know what I want and thats my music, HIT ME.

  • @BIGBROTHERXXII LOL dude anybody who gains muscle isnt on juice. pretty damn obvious who is on juice and who is not. this guy is obviously not on juice. you sir, are an idiot.

  • what if i train at 6am in the morning? when should i stop my carb intake? and thanks for the video's i always get great tips from them! :)

  • you train like a beast, you eat like a horse, and at the end of the day you look like shit

  • hey mate, how much has your weeny shriveled up since you started using juice

  • you sound really intelligent bro

  • chin up omarlsuf... and the other one.

  • mongo

  • i could never do a cut for 16 weeks unless i was competing in the future.

I stay quite lean when i bulk. Around 9-10 percent when i start my bulking phase and about 13-14 percent when i am done my bulking phase. So it only takes me 4-5 weeks to get back down to 10 percent. Thats what i do. I like to do a 6 month bulk then a mini 1 month cut. And keep cycling like that.

  • @apnaboy It wasn't funny lol. And women don't give a shit about your body. It's all about money, face, personality, cock and then body, in that order. This may sound like a surprise but you can get girls without being ripped dude, you shouldn't be lifting just for chicks.

  • @ShaxAMV dude he was just trying to be funny, where is your sense of humour? and do you really care about having a body just so that other people dont want to fight you? wouldnt you just rather want a body that women are attracted to?
