Jesus NEVER claimed to be GOD for one reason ... he's NOT GOD. He claimed to be the Son of GOD, which is who he is.
Jesus was GIVEN all power and authority by GOD. ONLY GOD is inherently immortal (IS life itself), I Tim. 6:15-16. ONLY GOD can GIVE life, which is what happened when He raised Jesus from the dead, making Jesus the "firstfruits" of the resurrection, "first born from the dead". Jesus was DEAD for 3 days/nights. GOD gave him permanent life afterwards.
@zedrev01 Jesus is called a "prophet" in Deut. 18:18 who would DO and SPEAK as the ONE GOD commanded, thereby representing the ONE GOD.
As far as Col 9:6 ... we see believers having "all of the fullness of God" in Eph 3:19. Does this make believers GOD? No, no more than it makes Jesus GOD.
i wanted to point this out to you guys. Notice at 1:32-1:49 he said "Pastor Bernard does not believe that Jesus is the Father but he believe that the Father is Jesus" but isn't that the same thing. lol. It must of been a slip of the tongue.
@Str8Talker365 ....Do you ever wonder why Jesus did not directly proclaim that He is God? Even the devil He rebuke not to say who He was in the real sense. He is humble & showed it by His works. He has a mission of being the lamb to be sacrificed in calvary. Who can raise a dead man like Lazarus who was dead for how many days and already in a rotten stage? A God. And Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead. There is only one Father and Jesus was that Everlasting Father prophesied in isaiah 9:6
@Str8Talker365 Correct. The word in John 1:1 is not yet a flesh but the mind of God in audible form. I agree. But it does not say that Jesus is not God in Deut 18:18. That I do not agree. In Col 9:6 For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form.....
The "logos" (word) of God in John 1:1 is not a person, but the mind of God in audible form. It is the vehicle of creation. "In the beginning, God SAID, 'Let there be light'", etc. God's spoken word is His logos that was in the beginning with Him and IS Him just like my words that I'm writing here represent me. God's logos became flesh in that Jesus Christ came to do and speak as he was commanded by God, thus representing God expressly. See Deut 18:18 Jesus is not God.
@zedrev01
"Every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord (not GOD) to the GLORY OF THE FATHER..."
Most people leave off the last important phrase, just as you have done.

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1:14 The Word( audible voice of the One God) became flesh (human form in Jesus name, comprende?) and made his dwelling among us.
Every knee shall bow every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.
Hear oh Israel , the Lord our God is one Lord.
Jesus is Lord. If Jesus is Lord and there is only one Lord, therefore Jesus is that God. The I AM. Alpha & Omega.
