got turned onto them in Hawaii in '75 and when back on the mainland in '80, I'm cruisin' cross country from Cali to Fla, takin my time on the smaller roads & I'm in the Great Smokies, when I see Barefoot Jerry's Store across the creek ! It was a residence then ( no sign ) and the concrete steps were gone but I got the same angles for photos in the dbl set reissue of the first two albums.A very cool memory & great "fusion" band.

Barefoot Jerry's 2nd album "BAREFOOT JERRY" WARNER BROS 1973, is one of my Fave Albums ! It was played alot by the resident DJ 'Martin', at the '3 Fishers' Pub, Kingston Upon Thames, England in '73'. Due to his 'promotion', lots of people bought the Import vinyl L.P. It's Superb, and i love it to this day ! "WATCHIN T.V." is Terrific too !!
