We have a folk club up here but it's more of a "mic night", whereas the folk fest is a "really big jam sesh combined with mic night", and our folk club is largely guitar-based aside from a flute, few mandolins, and a bluegrass lineup which sometimes happens... and we also play the song that's featured in your vid.
