On my third read of the series, (always find something I missed) to bad the tv show was is so dreadful!!! My favorite author along with Stephen Donaldson, his gap series novels would make Star Trek look weak, if they were filmed, check out Lord Fouls Bane!!!

This is one of the best series I ever read and he was the best author until I read the Jack Whyte series "Dream of Eagles"
