I agree with you for the most part. But it seems that you fail to recognize your own bias. You all claim that this transhuman idea is nature as well, (which is true) but we wont recognize death as an essential aspect of nature as well? No one knows what lies beyond the beyond at the end of our timeline. It could be anything. This push for Transhumanism seems more to me like innovation driven by fear.

You already are an intelligent, timeless being.

like cancer? trust cancer? our bodies are far from perfect, we are born with all kinds of defects? Why not try to fix them. If you wear glasses, use a cane, use anti-biotics, get vaccinated, use a pacemaker, cochlear implant, or any of the other wonderful medical technologies we have then you are a transhuman. You are already transcending your biological evolution with human innovation.
