My Harmonious Classroom: An Affirmative Prayer for Teachers

Remember that no matter how chaotic and disorderly your classroom may sometimes seem, in reality it is naturally orderly and harmonious. You are a classroom teacher with a specific purpose and a special calling. Take a deep breath and relax. Enjoy the music, the words, the photos, or the presentation as a whole. Enjoy the gift of who you are. Be inspired! Be passionate! Be you!

My Harmonious Classroom

I am aware and know that the Universe is expansive, orderly, and harmonious.

As an integral part of this Universe, I know my life is also expansive, orderly, and harmonious.


Since I am a part of the Universe, I realize my classroom and all in it are also part of the Universe. As such, I know that although my classroom may sometimes appear chaotic, this condition is only temporary and not based in reality. In reality, my classroom is part of the Universe - orderly and harmonious. Right now, I declare that anyone who enters my classroom enters a space of harmony and order with unlimited opportunities for expansion and growth.


As I accept this reality, I heartily give thanks with an expanding heart filled with peace.

I now dismiss all beliefs, thoughts, and ideas that do not conform to this reality. Right now, I acknowledge the truth that harmony is the natural order of my classroom and set it free into the Universe knowing it will expand and return to me, my classroom, and all who enter my classroom.
