Push this thing God Damn it.. That's what they're for.. I don't want to give shit but they were built for faster driving. If not, take classes on how to drive them... This is so boring! LAcking Porsche excitment big time... Poor car!

Gotta love Idledale and Kitteridge, right! I love taking that route, although coming home from the north sometimes I'll pass by that and 285 and hit Deer Creek/Pleasant Park into Conifer from the Kipling exit. I have a red '76 with backdated 2.7. BTW, you're right about the cyclists too and it's only going to get worse with the onset of 'The Deer Creek Challenge'. I'm not too happy about that as it goes right through my neighborhood. How familiar are you with 2.7's??

Sweet!
@conquis70 If you refer to my comment left 1 year ago. Though I could've very easily gone much faster on this drive (believe me). Unfortunately driving to the limit on blind curves, public roads, during a Sunday afternoon doesn't equate to SAFE driving. Actually it took me several trys to get the road "clear" of slow driving Cadillacs (coming back from church) and kamikaze bicyclists.

@shyamvenky it truly is a great state for Porsche driving enthusiasts! I've got an '83 911 SC coupe in the works now and I can't wait to take it out this summer.

Thanks it was a fun car, actually I took that road pretty slow. Bicyclists like to go up that road, and they're very easy to take out on some of those blind corners!
