Yes this is accurate. The point is these seatbelts do not fit the dummy's correctly, thus they do not work properly and the child sumbarines under the lap belt and is seriously hurt or killed. Even adjustable belts are only designed for adults, those 4'9" and taller, children smaller than that height will not fit properly without a booster seat.Thanks for posting this I hope more parents see it and realizes how important it is to use child restraints, such as extended harness seats and boosters.

thats inacuarate because the seats can help them stayback and on newer cars the seat belts are adjustable too
