What can I do to start shaving seconds off? I find I'm always about 6 seconds behind the video.

@Weinertastic First, make sure your game speed is set to "Faster" then you may try starting the build up to 5 seconds late.

@pliosaurus actually, you do, all protoss units are warped in, you're probably getting confused with warpgates which allow instant warp in's near pilons =)
