A nice restoration, and is currently being used in business. Old Dodge trucks seem to never die! A look inside the cab shows how basic trucks were back in the day. No frills, just the ability to haul things around...things you wouldn't or couldn't fit into a car!

  • I really like that hook ordanment

  • @Mopar4life1995 Dodge had a long history of the "Dodge Ram" hood ornament. I think that mascot was well chosen...it certainly had the qualities of durability, sure footedness, and persistence! What more can you ask for! Thanks! :) Jack

  • I'm 13 and my dodge has the three windows its called the pilot house its very special to have one and mine has original brass and copper keys for the gas cap and ignition and all original including paint color

  • @1950dodgefan That's great that you have a three window...and it still has original pieces. Nice to start off your experience with cars and trucks with such a great example! Thanks! :) Jack

  • Its either a 48, 49. or 50 truck (door gives it away). The body line goes all the way to door jam whereas the 51 thru 53 bodyline stopped well before the jam. Otherwise its hard to say which year it is. Thanks for posting this.

  • @194853DodgeTrucks Thanks for that year identification! I appreciate! :) Jack

  • Thanks can't wait to get started

  • @cheddyrod Hey, Chester! If I had a business, this is how I would advertise it locally! I think it speaks a lot for the owner of the business...the owner has an interest in mechanical things, and will spend the time to get things right...a pretty good recommendation for the business, methinks! Thanks! :) Jack

  • Having an old truck is a good way to advertise your business and I assume that is what this person is doing to promote his boat business and that is why there are multiple hiches. White walls really dress up these old gems.

  • @55lincoln Hey, Warren! That is the great thing about seeing these gems..a window to memories of our own youth...when these trucks were common on the street. Thanks! :) Jack
