This is really biased. The judges are Japanese and have no skill whatsoever in tasting food. They didn't even drink water after tasting a dish to wash their pallets.

They need some real international judges in here for this contest.

It's a little unfair since the judges were all jap so Michiba's cooking might be more of their taste. This show needs atleast 1 or 2 professional judges.

@clowncensis They do edit these videos, though, so it's possible that they actually did have a water for cleansing their palates. I agree that I would like to see international judges as well, but this was originally made for a Japanese audience, and then was "imported" to America, so to speak, so it's only natural for them to have an all-Japanese judge's table.. Also, I don't watch Iron Chef America at all, but, do they have international judges? That would be a nice change, I think. :)
