A tribute to the stranded ferry beached at blackpool...

The riverdance ferry has now been dismantled and so goin to try and see it will be pointless.

ps good video editing here and a good video ive been to the riverdance quite a few times and its a shame to see it being taken apart they should of had it tugged the day after insted of waiting for the high tides witch did not help refloat riverdance at all i posted 2 videos of her being dismantled on my tube page feel free to view them and everyone else r.i.p riverdance

I don't think there was much going for the salvors with the weather and tides being against them. It's a real shame that a good old work horse like the Riverdance should suffer such an unfortunate end. I'd travelled on her a few times too.

Wow this is really well put together and really moving. Its such a shame Riverdance will never sail again, myself and my family have followed her story since day one and visited the ferry on the 12th february. I really thought more could have been done to save her. Thank you for your great post x
