Beef sauteed with onion and garlic. Bistek has a very strong flavor from the soy sauce and vinegar, so.....PILE ON THE CALROSE with your bistek. Hope you like my video on how to make bistek or Guam beef adobo.

    **3/4 c soy sauce**1/2 c vinegar**1/4 c water**1/2 of an onion, sliced**1/4 t salt**1/4 t pepper**1/2 t garlic powder**2.5 lbs. top sirloin**another 1/2 of an onion, sliced**4 cloves garlic, minced**

  • What was your marinade? Not very clear, all I heard was soy sauce, but I think the pinoy recipe is adding lemon juice.
