The number of false alarms is much higher than actual buglaries in progress. There diffentley needs to been a fine system in place. I don't agree with not responding at all.

All this policy does is breed more crime as criminals learn the system. One has to ask what the result would be if a dieing employees set the alarm off looking for help? This business no longer has the ability to function inside the city limits of Madison. That's just stupid.
