the genesis 3 and nomad is missing components to allow the 32x to work so most likely it wont work hardware wise. also you need the genesis 1 or 2 video proprietary connection to work with the 32x and both these systems us A/V cables. they will prolly never do it but what they need to make is a clone system that plays both 32x and genesis, sega cd as a bonus lol

  • does the snes extension cable work for theses controllers?

  • The RetroN3 has the best sound emulation for the Genesis I have heard on any clone console so far. Other than the slightly louder PSG channel (which is hardly an issue compared to how bad it sounds on most clones) they pretty much nailed it from what I can hear. It would be pretty impressive if they fixed the SA-1 chip compatibility for the SNES and the video for the NES. And somehow came up with a sleeker design, if possible.

  • @firesword152 - A few things:

1- Clean out your cartridges and your Retro Twin's cartridge slot with some Windex

2- Check for any bent pins on the cartridge slot and bend them back into place with a small flat-head screwdriver

3- If you can, reflow the solder on all components on the Super NES board, otherwise, get your Retro Twin exchanged

  • @razorslice17 - If you listen closely, the NES audio is EXTREMELY distorted, about as distorted as an unmodded RetroDuo. This can only mean Tomee omitted the same parts from the NES audio amp as the RetroDuo. I should keep an eye out for a Retro Twin to figure out a fix for the distorted NES audio.

  • @TFiPW But that's more expensive

  • bottom line, get the real thing

  • Just listening to the music on the Retro Twin, it sounded fine to me
