http://www.DreamstyleVacationsUSA.com ..// Many lost money with the Travel Ventures International {TVI Express} scam, but the question is how did they attract enough people to join even though those people were unable to get legitimate questions answered. Someone could write a book explaining the psychology behind getting so many people to send money overseas to a company they didn't know anything about run by people they didn't even know the name of.

Home based travel business expert Dean Marino says it's all about the fear of loosing out. "They created lots of hype based on the idea that lots of people were making money. You would be surprised how many people just get ecited and don't take the time to really get the facts and with an entry of just $250, many of those people approached TVI Express like buying into a lotto."

For those in the know, TVI Express is using travel vouchers similar to those used in the old Coastal Vacations program. In an effort to dodge the legal problems Coastal ran into, TVI Express located their offices and money outside the United States. That may be a good move for them, but is it good for the people TVI Express owes money to?

TVI Express has cleverly tied the free travel vouchers to a slick money game type compensation plan. Many around the world have admitted that the TVI Express board game has pyramid scheme written all over it. It's a slick revamp of the pyramid with TVI Express exchanging some sort of product that costs them nothing to make it all somehow look like it's almost legal and almost a business.

OK, so to start out, the TVI Express travel product is not worth $250 or even $100 for that matter. What are the other red flags?

The compensation plan should be another red flag for those looking at TVI Express. Not that the pay plan is illegal in some way, it's just that the way reps present the TVI comp plan has hype written all over it and that in itself is another red flag.

Where is TVI Express located and who is behind the travel program? For a legitimate company this information would not be mysterious, but for TVI Express it is. Hoist another red flag for the folks at TVI Express.

Here is what I have been able to gather about this so-called mystery. TVI Express was originally said to be located in the UK (London) and some members say they had visited an office there. Later reports say that the questionable travel opportunity no longer has an office in the UK and as I understand it, the company has not given a plausible explanation for why they left. As a result, we must rely on rumors that say regulators were closing in on TVI Express and as a result they fled to India.

At least one member says they have seen a TVI Express office in India. Actually, they did not see an office with people, but they did submit the picture of a sign. India is well known for an educated labor force that works cheap when compared to American standards. Many major U S businesses like AT&T have customer service lines answered by workers in India. It is not clear if TVI Express actually has a corporate structure in India or if they are just taking advantage of the low labor cost to process vouchers and update websites.

Interestingly enough, reports say that TVI Express does not do their banking in the UK or India. Banking is done in Cypruss. It has not confirmed if Cyprus is the location of some sort of corporate entity or not, but my experience has been that the owners of a company usually like the idea of being in close proximity to their bank.

Speaking of the owners of TVI Express, who are they anyway? Other companies have pictures and bios for their founders and executives posted all over their corporate websites. They are usually happy to share educational information, business experience and even some history of their military service. This is mysteriously missing from the TVI Express website.

Here's where it gets really interesting. Rumors say that the people behind TVI Express are not citizens of the UK. Word has it that they don't reside in Cyprus or India either.

Where do the people behind TVI Express live? Reports say they are residents of California USA. If this is the case, these people have gone a long way to stay under the radar by starting this company in Lonfon UK before taking it on the road to either India or Cyprus.

One report says that the owners of TVI Express are Rahul Kaurana and Anita Khurana of Danville California. The report pointed to a website that operates computer camps for children during summer vacation.
