How'd you paint the rims? Tape it off and hit it with flat black?

@gmondragonmorales no the second cat does allot of sound deadening so put a dummy cat in place of the second cat and either gut the manifold or I suggest getting a header for even better sound and hp gains.

Sounds good. I've got the flowmaster 40 on mine. Not sure which one I like better. Check out my Colorado vids.

looks exactly like my truck lol. except mines an 04 and has duals. well not anymore... not sure how but one of the duals fell completely off and i need a new muffler but im not sure what i want to get yet. and im not sure whether to use the same exhausts and just a new muffler or what bc i still have the exhaust pipe and everything just sitting here

@Hwkranger109 lol damn. i wanted to go dual but the tire gets in the way.. i changed to a 10 series and honestly i miss the super44. it sounded like a v8 but i wanted something even louder so i got that 10 series. it is loud but not as smooth as the super 44

@gmondragonmorales so you would recommend getting the super 44s over the super 40s? because i found a super 44 muffler online for $80

@Hwkranger109 Im not sure what a super 40 sounds like. i imagine that its very similar to the super 44 except the 44 is deeper and louder, thats why i went with it. im on the coloradofans forum and on one thread a guy claimed he went through MANY exhaust setups and and in his opinion the super 44 was the best sounding on these trucks.

If you gut your cats it would sound even better. no need to go to a different muffler.
